Wesley Bosuben is Managing Director of James Finlay Mombasa Ltd and Commercial Director of MEAC region.
Wesley joined Finlays in 1996 and rose through the ranks to become the General Manager of Tea Estates at James Finlays Kenya Limited (JFK) until 2022 when he was appointed to his current role. He has extensive experience in tea operations from bush to cup and was previously the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for JFK.
Wesley studied Civil Engineering at the University of Nairobi and Strategic Management at Kenyatta University. He previously worked as Assistant Roads Engineer with Government of Kenya before Joining Finlays.
