Charley Snell is CEO of Finlays Americas. He has 25 years of leadership experience across a diverse size of companies ranging from start-up to $1billion+.
After spending time in the US Navy, Charley joined Nestlé, ultimately rising to Director level. He then founded organic tea and coffee company Tenaya LLC before joining Golden State Foods. He became President of Aspen Beverage Group 2018 shortly after it was acquired by Finlays and was appointed CEO later that year.
Charley is a recognised leader and manager with the key strength of strategy development that leads to outstanding business and financial results. He excels at creating a winning culture through building and aligning corporate mission and goals, and training/empowering team members towards success. Charley knows that winning teams are created inside and with key trading partners.
