Andy Bulman is Managing Director of Finlay Beverages UK Ltd, one of the leading tea and coffee packers in the UK. Andy also oversees Finlays Hull Ltd, the UK’s only producer of decaffeinated tea.
Andy joined Finlays in 2016 as General Manager of Tea Extracts Kenya, and, after four years of business improvement, moved to the UK as Group Head of Manufacturing, leading the implementation of a World Class Manufacturing programme.
Before joining Finlays, Andy worked for 27 years in the UK sugar and bioethanol industries gaining a strong background in Operations. Andy studied at Loughborough University gaining a Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies.
