As a responsible business, it’s vital we take ownership of these risks by aligning to international standards, taking a robust and proactive approach to prevention and mitigation, while also seeking to nurture and empower those who contribute to our success.
With our objectives to increase women in management and on Living Wage, we are aiming to address some of the inequalities that exist across tea and coffee supply chains.
